Public Records Access Notice
The City of Delta Junction is committed to transparency and allows community members access to most City documents.
Confidential and Restricted Records Include:
Personnel Records: Home addresses, phone numbers, employment applications, grievances, and employee evaluations.
Personal Information: Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and
individual medical or educational records.
Law Enforcement Records: Active investigative files, juvenile records, and the identities of confidential sources.
Legal & Administrative Records: Documents related to litigation, labor negotiations, and confidential legal advice.
Financial & Commercial Records: Proprietary business information, tax records, and certain oil and gas data submitted to local governments.
Draft Documents: Preliminary drafts, notes, and non-final records, which are not considered public records until officially retained.
If you are seeking information, please complete a records request form at City Hall or online at https://deltajunction.us/wp-content/uploads/Records-Request-Form.pdf. This ensures there is proper documentation of your request and of the information provided to you.
City staff have previously provided information without a formal request form; those records
were not retained. Moving forward as of 2-19-2026, all requests must be submitted using the Records Request Form to ensure proper recordkeeping.
If you have any questions, please contact City Hall at 907-895-4656.
The City of Delta Junction, Rural Deltana Volunteer Fire Department, and local volunteers are updating the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. Please review the document and email Lori Roberts, City Administrator (administrator@deltajunction.us), with any questions, ideas, or updates.
