- Vehicles / snow machines / ATVs
- Asbestos – FNSB accepts asbestos
- Acids
- Corrosives
- Solvents
- Oily waste
- Automotive/batteries – Recycle batteries at NAPA
- Explosives
- Radioactive waste
- Pathogenic waste (blood, body fluids, needles – must be in puncture-proof container)
- PCB’s (man-made organic chemicals, oily liquids or solids, clear to yellow, no smell or taste)
- Glycol is a non-hazardous waste, but a combustible liquid. It can be burned if it has no other contaminants. There are a couple businesses in Anchorage that recycle glycol waste.
- Fluorescent bulbs – take to Batteries + Bulbs or North Coast Electric
